Meet Nicole

Nicole Zeoli’s passion for real estate began in her childhood, where she would eagerly peruse the local newspaper’s real estate section, comparing listings and crafting her own fictional homes and descriptions. This early fascination set the stage for her successful career. After moving to Naples, FL, and purchasing her own home in 2020, Nicole knew she had found the perfect place to launch her real estate journey.

Originally from Westport, Connecticut, Nicole earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware. Her diverse career path spans consumer marketing, kitchen and bath design, small business management, and talent relations. Yet, her passion for real estate ultimately led her to earn her license at the end of 2022.

Nicole’s commitment to client satisfaction and her talent for relationship building ensure that every client feels understood and valued. Outside of her professional life, Nicole is a devoted mother to two energetic boys and a lively golden retriever. She actively supports her sons in their sports—baseball, flag football, and soccer—and enjoys connecting with fellow dog enthusiasts at the park. Nicole also takes pleasure in exploring Naples’ parks, beaches, and trails, and loves cooking and entertaining.
